Encore Kids Parties is based on the quality of the products we sell and the reputation we will earn.
Encore Kids Parties 100% Satisfaction Guarantee provides comfort to the online purchaser when they place an order. If for any reason a customer is not happy with anything they purchase from the online store, they simply contact Encore Kids Parties within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund, exchange or credit to be used in our store within 12 months (choice).
Postage charges are only refundable if:
- We made an error on the order
- There is damage to the order in shipping
The return policy does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or personalized items. Returns policy does not apply to sale items. Items purchased at sale prices cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If a customer has purchased the wrong size or colour, or they are not entirely happy with their purchase, Encore Kid’s Parties will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
- No refunds, returns or exchanges on personalized, custom coloured or sale items
Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to Encore Kids Parties in a saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. They must also enclose a copy of a receipt and a return form (which will be emailed).
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to the customer, we will request that they send a digital photograph of the damaged goods by email, quoting their order number and the product item within seven days of receipt.
When a product is returned, Encore Kids Parties offer a refund, exchange for goods to the same value or a store credit to the value of the items purchased. Delivery costs (including packaging and handling fees) are not refundable. Our exchange policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We will encourage customers to insure the return package as Encore Kids Parties cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.
